Apply Xcode recommended project settings + lock to portrait

- Bump LastUpgradeCheck/scheme to Xcode 2620
- Enable DEAD_CODE_STRIPPING, ENABLE_USER_SCRIPT_SANDBOXING, and
  STRING_CATALOG_GENERATE_SYMBOLS across targets
- Set CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION to 8
- Lock iPhone orientation to portrait; normalize iPad orientations
- Use explicitFileType for app/appex product references
